Dzieci lubią czytać
Uczniowie klas I a oraz I b Szkoły Podstawowej Nr 2 im. Janusza Korczaka w Nowym Mieście Lubawskim podczas realizacji kręgu tematycznego „Dzieci lubią czytać” odwiedzili Miejską Bibliotekę Publiczną im. Marii Bogusławskiej. Tam serdecznie przywitała ich pani bibliotekarka z działu dla dzieci pani Aneta Rogowska. Przedstawiła pierwszakom prezentację o historii książki. Poprosiła, aby najmłodsi czytelnicy nie niszczyli książek, przedstawiając im najbardziej znane potwory książkowe: „tłuściocha poplamiacza”, „mokrusa rozpuszczaka”, „bazgraja pospolitego” czy „literożercę żarłocznego”. Dzieci miały okazję obejrzeć oraz przeczytać fragmenty wyeksponowanych książek. Następnie wcieliły się w drukarzy, „tworząc” swoje imiona przy użyciu stempli. Uczniowie byli zachwyceni wizytą w bibliotece i obiecały tam wrócić, aby wypożyczyć książki. Nie lada niespodziankę sprawiła dzieciom pani Mariola, babcia Julki z klasy I a, która przeczytała książkę „Jak być dobrym dla innych”. Zaprezentowała swoją kolekcję zakładek do książek, które wykonała z włóczki. Pokazała także, jak zrobić taką zakładkę na szydełku. Pierwszoklasiści sami „tworzyli” zakładki, wykorzystując kolorowy papier i ozdoby. Podsumowaniem tygodnia była prezentacja ulubionych książek. Uczniowie obiecali, że będą aktywnymi czytelnikami i gośćmi biblioteki. Książki to najprostszy sposób na naukę, rozwój, świetny sposób na relaks, rozrywkę i poszerzenie horyzontów myślowych.
